Possible Herpes on face? Google Doesnt Help

Me and my girlfriend both have Genital Herpes, outbreaks are very rare and we have learned to live with it. About a week ago she had what looked to be like a acne breakout on her chin mabey 5 little bumps. I would say acne but the area was red, and they would scap over with like a clearish yellow scab. Now a week later the area is almost healed and gone. Just after her so called acne breakout, I had something on my upper chin just below my lower lip. I never looked in the mirror but she said I had a zit there, and i picked it with my nail, 2 days later I had like a circle about 1/4" wide there that was like an open wound. It scabbed over with the same yellowish scap, and i have done my best to keep it clean and dry. What ever it was I think spread because of my lack of washing my hands before I thought it was something to worry about. Since then I have the same kind of cut/wound on my wrist, and my thigh. They all seem to be where I possibly scratched afterwards. I have looked online for pictures, and it seems like HSV1 on you face or body seem to be little blisters all in a cluster. None of the pictures online resemble what I have. Then I looked into Staph Infection and that seems to more look like it but Im not sure. I started to take Valtrex once a day and I am 4 days into it and the spots seem to be getting worse. I have pictures if that would help. I dont have insurance and going to a doctor for a test is out of the question at this time. So the internet is my only help right now. The one on my wrist seems bad because I am a mechanic and keep breaking the scab. The face one I pulled the scab off lastnight after not touching it for a few days.

Thanks for the info, I looked up Impetigo, and was told to use an ointment called polysporin and to remove the crust/scab.

I'de like to report that I am on day 2 with the ointment, and it is healing very well now. I find it had to belive that i was using Valtrex and they were getting worse, and now 2 days into the ointment and seeing a major turn around. I think I feel a little better saying it might not have been Oral Herpes.

I will keep updating as to the results, and we will see where it goes.

this sounds more like a bacterial infection you are both sharing ( google impetigo if you want ). You both should see your providers and get this taken care of.  You can't treat this on your own and you need to make the effort to be seen somewhere. this is contagious so you need to treat it before you transmit it to others.
