Worried about herpes

Hi there 22yr male. 3 days ago after some foreplay with my girlfriend (no lube hand job followed by oral) I noticed a tiny cut/tear on the fold of my foreskin just below my penis head, which now has a white colour to it (possibly healing). 3 days prior I had been using a prolong sex spray bought over the Internet which caused some pain and tenderness on my penis when applied and seemed to dry out me penis. I have no itching or pain (barely even hurts when I touch it), no redness, no raised bumps, no blistering and no other herpes symptoms but am freaking out that this could be herpes? as I have read symptoms vary a lot. Or am I freaking out over a simple abration I have been in a faithful relationship for the past 7 months is it possible I have had herpes for years and not known? How common are outbreaks years later? Thank you

Most people do get symptoms, but they mistake them for something else or ignore them, and they don't come back. Your issue sounds completely unrelated to herpes, so you really shouldn't worry. Stop using the sex spray.

This sounds like your skin is irritated from the sex spray you bought. Herpes is usually multiple painful blisters. If you've never been tested for herpes in the past then it wouldn't be a bad idea; same with your partner. If she has HSV-1 (cold sores) like most adults and you do too then there's no real risk for getting HSV-1 genitally, which is what you'd be at risk for during oral.
