Possibly Herpes?

Hi, I recently had sexual intercourse with my girlfriend.
After a few days of initial contact of unprotected I saw scabs and a single cut appear upon my shaft.
She, told me the night after that she does have Herpes. But, was not showing or having any symptoms of it and she has not had an outbreak in over a year's time.
The scabs have appeared in different places. Not in a cluster as the Herpes descriptions say.
I only experience pain when I touch it. Never when I have shorts or constricting clothing on.
Nothing, but the occasional male "itch" has occurred.
I have not had any unusual discharge or anything like that.
No fever or pain that I know of.
It said it takes 2 to 3 weeks to show. But, they appeared 5 days after contact.
Do I have Herpes?, or just a cure able illness right now?.
Thank you for reading. I hope to get a response soon. I am kind of worried.

Yes, thank you.
I believe it may be just work sores and scabbing over.
Now. I have 2 pimple - like things showing upon the sack.
I am placing powder upon the scabs and other seemingly infected areas and it does have a burning/tingling sensation. But, not majorly in any pain.
Still, no dysfunctions except for a cold chill I get every once in a while.
But, I had those before I started dating my current girlfriend.
No pain in urination.
I want to thank you for helping me with this.

Yes HSV1 can be oral or genital, it is sometimes transferred to a partners genitals through oral sex.

I think you need to seek medical attention for the genital issues, it is just not possible to diagnose of course over the internet. There are a range of 'external' style conditions it could be including friction, bacteria (staph), fungal and 'internal' skin conditions such as eczema.

I believe she swabbed. I will ask her later
But, can HSV-1 be genital too?.
And, by the virus. You are meaning herpes correct?
What else COULD this possibly be?
I mean anything from strep to syphilis?
Plus. I have no pain or struggle in urination also.
I work almost 24 hours a day on my feet and running alot. Could this just be stress sores or cold sores? But, yet, I am just now experiencing these scabs.
Is there any medication that could possibly be having a negative reaction to cause this?

You are not really describing herpes lesions, no.

Did your partner swab positive for herpes or have a positive blood test? Visual diagnosis are not always accurate.

You can be infected with HSV1 or HSV2 in the genital region.

The virus does shed from the infected region meaning that on rare occasions there can be virus on the skin without lesions that may then infect another person with skin to skin contact.

Okay, will do.
But, do they not usually appear in clusters? And they are like regular scabs. I can pop them and take off the top layer.
But, as soon as that happens, the skin that is showing is clear with a slight white tint ,and rarely bleeds?
No other parts of the Herpes symptoms have affected me yet?.
My main concern is that.
I can pop them and descab the areas.
I was told by multiple people that you can not "pop or, descab" Herpes.
No other parts of my body are "to the eye" infected. She informed me thay she has genital herpes or, had with no symptoms lately. I believe that is HSV2. If that helps any.
She said, her gynecologist told her that unless she is showing symptoms, then she could not pass it on.
Is her Gynecologist correct?

The correct timing for the emergence of herpes symptoms if infected is 2-10 days. Your 5 days does fit this timing.

If the sores are still present, then I would seek a swab immediately. If the sores have gone, you will need to seek a blood test waiting until about 12 weeks to be conclusive.

It would also be helpful to ask your partner how she was diagnosed and whether she knows that her infection is HSV1 or HSV2.
