do herpes vesicles always ulcerate?

I have had itching and burning round lips nose and sometimes extending elsewhere on my face shortly after giving oral sex.

I haven't had obvious lesions and its been over a month. But I have seen these little  beige blister things not on my lips but around mouth. They dont hurt and don't burst open. They kind of just fade away...however they aren't deep like normal pimples.

Do herpes lesions sometimes just dry into skin without bursting or crusting?

8 weeks may be a good indictor. But if your concerned go with what the doctor are thinking.

Thank you for answering. So far the doctors keep dismissing them as pimples or nothing hut they just dont look like my normal pimples. Would a blood test show anything after 6 weeks?

Hi, the best way to determine your herpes status is to have a test. This is for the protection of your partners. The bigger risk area for contracting herpes from oral sex would be the lip area as prefers soft mucus tissues to be forced into the nerve. Generally speaking,  herpes do break open and scab over but also can be very hard to notice.
From what your describing, does it appear that you having herpes outbreaks? No it does not but please test to confirm your status.
