Received oral fear of hsv1

7 days ago, I made a foolish decision and received oral without a condom. I am very stressed and have been for the past week and reading the internet makes me nauseous, and I can't sleep. It read that 5-7 days 80% show symptoms. At 8-14 days 90% show symptoms, and 15-21 days 100% (those with immuno-disorders) show symtpoms. I am inspecting myself at least 12 times a day and can't tell if that is making my shaft red or if it is herpes. It does not hurt constantly. Though I did accidentally put some burn cream on my shaft and that made it very dry and part of the shaft red or could that be the herpes? I am not seeing any huge clusters. Should I be in the clear for the most part since I have past the marker where 80% of people would have shown symptoms? I did have a doctors appointment schedule a few days ago and the family practitioner said it comes down to if I have symptoms which makes it difficult for me to judge because I have nothing to base it on.

The odds of contracting hsv1 from a single exposure when no cold sore is present is extremely low. You won't have to inspect yourself. If you have a primary outbreak of genital hsv1 you'll know it.
All in all you shouldn't be too concerned. The odds are stacked in your favor. Plus statistally you peobably would've had the outbreak by now.

Since I was paranoid, I had a IGG test for HSV-1. It came back positive at 15.3. Would this mean I have a lower chance of catching it genitally?
