Reddish spot

Hello doc, I'm a 26 year old man,  2 days ago I went to use the restroom at my place of work and looked down and noticed a little pin print of red on the head of my penis, not near the hole, but on the crown on the right side.  The night before I did masterbate without any lubricant.  I had unprotected sex with a girl about 2 months ago, but I have been with her the past 2 years.  And she swears to me that she is clean and has been tested recently(I know that doesn't mean much though).  In those 2 days the red has gotten a tad bit bigger but still small.  I don't believe it is herpes because I also have a rash on my ribcage on both sides of my body due to my dogs fleas, I believe.  The area is not sore nor does it look like a blister. It also isnt scabbing up at all.  The reddish area is not bumping up or swelling.  The thing I'm worried about is that I have never seen anything like this on my penis.  I'm freaking out, can you help me?

this is not the doctor's forum. you have to pay to post there.

you should be seen for a proper exam to get a better idea of what is going on.
