Scared

Ok, just want an opinion here. It's a year and almost 3 months since I've had any sex. We did oral and penatatrive sex. It was unprotected. It was my first and only sexual encounter. I got very paranoid after and to be honest mentally have not been the same but that's another issue.

Anyway, went for all my check ups, had my blood tests at the right window times, everything negative. Even exlcusively told by a nurse, "You've been tested for EVERYTHING, stop worrying. Even saw on my documents there 'xxxxxx' next to both HSV 1 and HSV 2.

Looking at starting a relationship and getting intimate, and sods law i get this cyst like thing at the bottom of my shaft, but when I lift the scrotum up it is actually attatched to that rather than the penis shaft. It was big. I tried squeezing it, some discharge. Then i tried removing it by like piercing the skin (stupid i know), made it worse. It's been there over 6 weeks, has got much smaller, barley there anymore and is looking like it might vanish soon. My GP says it is an ulcer, made me have a blood test for syphillis, was negative. He has told me to go to my GUM clinic which I'm doing Monday.

Amazingly, last week I got a little, little, really minute red bump/spot at the bottom of my shaft. Should have just left it alone, but i squeezed it ALOT( I know this is stupid, I couldn't helpt it though) and made it worse. It sort of went whitish, then with a yellow scab. On friday around the area on both sides the skin went hard with some discharge. Feels like a cyst of sorts. Or is it swelling from squeezing too hard?

As a sidenote, I have sebacous prominence/fordyce spots fairly bad on my penis. I have bad skin( specifically on my chest and back) and I'm on acne medication.

I'm freaking out and am really horrified it could be the worst. I thought I had been tested for everything, this is what my GUM clinic have told me! Could I really get these symptoms this far from my sexual encounter? Is it possible it is just sebaceous cysts? I have had what the doctors described as resembling a 'viral wart' after a biopsy, removed, but this appeared before I had had any sexual contact at all!  My doctor did suspect a sebaceous cyst  then so it must have actually been that surely. Can I just be prone to the odd bump down there because of my bad skin?

Obviously I can only find out by getting tested but just want an opinion. I'm freaking out, I've been crying. I will be devastated if I have it.

Sorry if that was a long rant, but I needed to get all this off my chest.

Hi Grace. Yeah I went to my GUM and they said exactly the same thing. Basically said whatever was there was sebaceous in nature and due to me having bad skin as it is, I can be more prone to this sort of thing. Said it was likely a clogged hair follicle and is just made worse by squeezing it, so said to leave it alone. The penis is like any other area of the body, you can get aspots there and blemishes. My mind is certainly more at rest now, just want the ******* to hurry up and go away.

Thanks for your input and the outlet of this site to get things off ones chest. It is a great help.
