HSV2 nerve damage and inability to orgasm

I was just diagnosed with HSV2.  Initially we thought it was a UTI so treatment was delayed and my symptoms have been terrible.  I have numbness around my anus, severe itching around my sacrum (where there are no blisters) and most tragically I realized that I cannot climax anymore from clitoral stimulation.  When I feel like I could be close, I just get a strong tingly feeling there and cannot.  I'm extremely concerned and would like to know if this could be permanent or long term nerve damage.  Also, can I expect this every time that I have an outbreak?

I also have a dull burning feeling around my sacrum as well, and painful urination.  The painful urination has been going on 3 weeks and the itching where there are no blisters would say about 2.
