Is this bad

How are you, I recently have had painless bumps or circular patches on my penis shaft. There isn't any fluid coming from them, I have started putting lotrimin on them and it seems to get better, but scares over first. They have been there for at least 2 months if not let longer. I have had a history of getting these bumps/patches, but been tested for stds and have had negeative results. Does this sound like HSV or something of is it jock itch or some other fungal infection?
