Single whitehead-like bump actually on lip

I am a male and on July 10th I received (did not give) unprotected oral sex. I have not had any sexual contact since. This morning I woke up and found a single whitehead-like bump actually on my outer bottom lip. Up close it somewhat resembled a canker sore but was round and white like a whitehead. I applied light pressure and it was not sore. It also popped and a very small amount of a white watery substance came out. It was mildy swollen immediately after it popped but my lip has since subsided back to normal. The lip even looks normal and doesn't look a cold sore or anything. Is this potentially an STD symptom? I've never had anything like it before and tested negative for all STDs a couple of weeks prior to this encounter.

thanks for replying. I was tested for HSV 1 and 2 but that was before this encounter. Is a single white bump like that a common symptom or herpes or other STDs?

hard to tell at this point if this was oral herpes or not. usually canker sores and oral herpes lesions are pretty painful to the touch in general though.

also you'll need to check to see if herpes was included with your std testing you had done to properly cover all your bases. typically it's not a part of routine std testing.

There was some kissing involved before the oral sex.

If you were the recipient of oral sex, any symptoms wouldn't be on your lip. STDs don't travel through the body.
