Small Bump... Big Fear

I have just noticed a small bump on the beginning of the shaft of my penis (right by my pubic region) and it is barely 1mm in size and it was filled with a pus like substance. I popped it with ease and it wasnt even painful (about the same as popping a pimple on your face) After I popped it and the white stuff within exited, it started bleeding. Is this Herpes or is it just a pimple on my penis. I have never had one before and I've been with my partner for over a year and we were both tested in October. Is it possible just to get pimples on your penis? If so, whats the cause? Or is it really herpes? Im kinda freaked and I can't afford to go get tested anytime soon

Sometimes a pimple really is a pimple. you already popped it so too late for testing anyways.  If both you and your partner were tested for herpes back in october, why still thinking herpes as a cause of anything?
