Small blood filled pimple

Ok,been terrified that I contracted herpes even though the Doctor says I am OK.  I have found a small pimple, on my outer vagina that is filled with blood today and am terrified!  I did some pretty serious training yesterday and got quite sweaty.   Could this be the cause.  I tried to pop it (I know) and couldn't get anything out of it.  It doesn't look like a blister just a really small pimple about the size of a tick filled with blood.  Help if you can.  Thanks

We'd only be guessing as to what this is.  You'll need to follow up with your doctor for better answers.

So you've had genital symptoms before that led you to get swabbed 2x before?  What blood test did you have done and how long after these started was it done?

No, not for this particular pimple.  I had a blood test done which came back negative and have had 2 separate swabs taken. The sexual health doctor assures me I don't have herpes.  I also had a bike ride the other day and was wondering if it could be due to friction.
