1) Doctor told me that that the HSV 1 > 3.5. and HSV 2 0.13 is quite accurate, thus no need retest again for HSV again, is that what you think too?
I don't believe you have waited long enough for be certain these are accurate.
2) As my HSV 1 is more than 3.5, do you know whether more than 3.5 roughly mean the virus in my body for how long already, more than 2years years?
No way to know how long you have been infected
6) Doctor asked me to wait for mouth blister and genital symptom for swap and no need to take medicine. I feel that symptom will not appear so soon, especially both mouth blister and genital symptom might not appear at same time. Eventhough if my case is a Oral Herpes, the genital herpes symptom will not appear, so how long do I need to monitor? Usually what is the advice that provided for my case that have no obvious symptom ? Any method to force the symptom for both mouth and genital to appear or any other method to diagnose, e.g. use saliva and urine for test?
There is no replacement for waiting, no.
7) Will HSV 1 (either oral or genital) cause any health problem, as I have read an article mentioned that Herpes can cause eye, lung and brain infection, is that for those people with immune impaired or elderly?
Herpes can rarely cause herpes of the eye, rarely brain infection.
Any statistics on that at least I can counter check with my chain my event?
I have no idea what you mean by this.
\Am I right to say that the key symptom for Genital Herpes is cluster blister, then open sore and painful, with penis discharge too, and not just usual pimple? Anything else to look for?
Those are the usual classic symptoms of herpes, yes.
4) Is that the genital herpes also cause ileum inflame with lymphoid hyperplasia? Is this common reported case for Genital Herpes ?
No
5) If I am not wrong, I did encountered painful & burning on my lips, then ulcer and dried out (at least twice in life, once quite sometime ago, and another seem in above duration). As the blister recovered itself, thus did not followup for diagnosis, eventhough just know that it can be caused by HSV 1. How to identify it is blister caused by HSV 1?
A swab test for herpes would sort this out.
By the way, is this kind of blister cycle potential caused by HSV 1 only, or can it be due to other reason ? It could be caused by other things
8) Can I still have skin contact with wife, except to stop kissing and sex first right?
Any other contact presents no risk
9) By the way, Oral Herpes (HIV 1) is not STD right?
Most oral herpes is not an STD, right.
Terri
Hi Teri,
Appreciate if you could share for above questions. Thks.
Notice I have 2 separated flat red spot (around 2mm each) near genital hair without fluid. The spot slightly disappear after press on it, then re-appear again later. Is that symptom of genital herpes ?

A herpes antibody test may be accurate at 56 days if it is positive, but if it is negative, it cannot be counted on to be accurate until 4 months. None of those symptoms sound particularly like herpes except the pimples, and I don't know what to make of those. The eye issues are not my area of expertise, but I would think an eye doctor would readily tell you if they thought you symptoms were due to herpes.
Have you ever in your life had a cold sore on your lip that account for the positive HSV 1 test?
And yes, a person can have oral and genital infection at the same time.
