Small spots in crease of leg

Between my groin and my leg I've noticed 4 small spots. 2 of them have been there for over a week without any changes that I've noticed (they are hard to see as they are slightly covered by hair and are tiny). One of the old spots has faint red lines coming from it top and bottom it doesn't look like a cut really and it doesn't bleed or anything. I figured maybe it came from me stretching the skin to get a good look. The line is extremely thin. Then today I noticed two tiny pinprick sized dots near the others but not as much in the pubic region. They are extremely small and mainly look like whiteheads with maybe a faint pink ring around (which is what the other 2 look like as well). I only noticed them with a flashlight. They aren't raised that I can feel and there is no pain or itching associated with them. I do live in a warm climate (Alabama). But they don't really look like folliculitis and definitely don't look like ingrown hairs. Maybe like zits but I feel like if I tried to pop them nothing would come out because they seem flat and the other two haven't changed in appearance in a week as I said. Should I be worried?

The sore would itch for sure. It would be almost constantly changing. Probably weeping a bit, ulcerating and scabbing, peeling and leaving a lighter colored area.

You're overthinking and over examining this, you do not have genital herpes.

Thank you for your response. I have just one last question and then I am done. Would herpes hurt? I know it's different for everyone but I also have this small pinkish red bump at the top of my pubic area almost near my stomach. It feels firm to me and doesn't hurt one bit when I press on it. I haven't shaved in a while so I doubt thats folliculitis as well.

There is nothing in what you describe that is suggestive of herpes.
