So many issues... Not getting better... HELP PLEASE

On May 2nd, I was treated for gonnorhea with a shot of rociphine and 1,000 mg azithromycin.  About a week later, I went back to my doctor having burning, itching, and irritation.  I was given Diflucan to take one pill every other day for 6 days.  After finishing that, I still didn't feel better.  Called my doctor this time and they told me to buy Monistat 7 and try that to see if symptoms cleared up.  After those 7 days, I still wasn't feeling better.  I was having a sharp random stinging pain in my urethra/clitorus area.  I was tired of not getting answers from my doctor so I called my OB.  She did all STD testing other than for Herpes because she said blood tests are not accurate?  Everything came back negative... That was June 2nd.  During that exam, she said it looked like yeast so I was giving another round of diflucan for 10 days this time.  I still didn't feel better after that.  Called my normal doctor, they did a urine culture, came back positive for strep group B.  I took amoxicillin for 7 days.  Still had the same random stinging pain in the same area.  Went back for another urine culture, this time it came back Klebsiella.  Took Cipro for 10 days and started diflucan on day 5 of that in case it caused a yeast infection.  I'm still having the same stinging pain!  I saw my OB again yesterday, had STD tests done again and a urine culture.  Waiting on those results... I'm so stressed and I'm not sure what this could be and am resulting to asking others if they've had anything similar?  Could this be herpes?  I randomly get bumps on the backs of my thighs, but it's usually the day after I shave.  Anyone have any ideas?
