Sports and herpes ?

Hello,
I have genital herpes and the outbreaks are very irregular.
I'm trying to determine the triggers that provoke an outbreak...
I know that being sick, sunshine, stress, etc. can provoke an outbreak, but as I am into sports (running)
I was wandering if sports could be a trigger in provoking an outbreak ???
I have got the impression that this could be the case...
Can anyone confirm my theorie, or give me some information on this ???

we really don't know of any consistent triggers for genital herpes.  exercise isn't one of those and for the vast majority of people, neither is diet. uv rays are known triggers for hsv1 orally but don't seem to be as much of an issue for hsv2 genitally.

how often are you having recurrences?

do you have hsv1 or hsv2 genitally?

how were you initially diagnosed?

Consider your diet as well. You could also take a daily anti-viral to keep the outbreaks at bay
