Spreding Herpes On Purpose

I found out I had herpes 2 /28/ 09. My X fiancee gave it to me on purpose. After I came down with the virus his behavior changed for the worse. He claimed he had the virus for over twenty years and was on a supression medicine and had not had an out break in years. He said he lived with a woman for 7 years and had unprotected sex for seven years and she did not catch herpes.He lied and told me he was not contagious.  I caught it in the first six months.At first I was treated for unirary infections, it was herpes all along and not unirary tract infections.

I have been in constant pain and depression. Last month after suffering for three and a half years I went and purchased a supression medicine. I told my best friend what he had done. She told me to talk to an attorney. The attorney sent me to the Police. The Police called the prosecuter's office and they took the case, My X fiancee is going to be charged with sexual battery.

I had been a widow for eight years when I met him, I was not sexualy active and I had difficullty having sex because I had shrunk so badly. The OBGYN was helping me with my problem. Fianlly I had a herpes test done I have herpes one and two. My X had unprotected sex with his X wife and didn't tell her he had the disease. She sued him in court and he admitted under oath that he did the crime. My case is going to be easy to prove.

My symptoms and depression are better. I will be on supression medicine for the rest of my life. I am not dating and will probably never trust again. I know that I am too proud to tell anyone that I have the disease and that they could catch it from me. What is worse is that I trusted a man who is nor a safe person.

My X gave me the illness on purpose and then started treating me badly. So if someone made you ill on purpose talk to the Police.

I do not even know anyone with the disease. I talk to my attorney tomorrow, I am filing a civil suit against him.

What can I do that is helpful? My dog and I volunteer at the hospital twice a week. I love volunteer work.

My X gave me the illness on purpose. I have been in pain for three and a half years.

Oh, how I wish that you knew you weren't alone.  There are 1000s of us who know each other and offer support.  
I'm very sorry this happened to you.  Did he tell you before you ever slept with him, but, lied about whether he was contagious or not?  Because we are always at risk of being contagious, and women have such a higher probability of catching it.  
I was raped and caught it.  But, I've forgiven him for that part of it, b/c it has led me to so many people and opportunities that I would have never had without it.  

You're not ill, and I know that this reality is just now sinking in.  I'm so sorry you have to suffer alone.  B/c we are out here.  And we will support you in your quest to finding yourself in this new chapter of your life.
