Still contagious?

My 3 week ob is finally ending. Tomorrow will be 10 days of 400 mg acyclovir, 4 times a day, 14 days total of acyclovir (they increased dose a few days into taking the med). Then I go on 400 mg per day suppressive. Dr wants me to do 200mg per day, but I didn't know if that is enough. My question is the scabs have fallen off, but some of the more ulcer type blisters are still slightly tender and pink. A couple of others that were more blister type seem healed but the skin is still kind of raised. Are these scars or still highly contagious blisters?  I didn't have itching during ob but the area itches now as its healing. I want to know if I can have sex yet
