Read story of similar symptoms online and it was herpes

Hey, there is something wrong with the skin on my penis head and I read a similar story online and it was herpes. The skin is weird, it seems almost shinny, when I stretch it out it doesn't just go right back to normal, it turns red and wrinkly and shinny . There is no itching or pain, but the skin doesn't feel smooth like it did a couple months ago. There is one spot that looks like a red spot but when stretched out it is blood vessels , I have been putting moisturizers on it thinking it was dry skin but it doesn't seem to help. Anyone have any idea what it could be? The skin on my scrotum also seem red and shinny at times .

You shouldn't be concerned. This sounds much more like irritation or possibly ballinitis, but more than likely it's irritation. The skin on the genitals is extremely sensitive, so any trauma from masturbation or other activity can cause this. This doesn't sound like herpes at all, and as Grace pointed out, please keep to your original post from now on.

Also, the symptoms I described in my last post went away, doctor said it was most likely trauma, and I didn't have these symptoms before. It's been 5 months since the sexual encounter where the condom broke and still no sores or anything

I've went and he asked questions like: any visible sores? Discharge? I said no, and he sent me for a test for chlamydia witch was negative, he said: this is how it works, I ask questions and decide what tests should be done
