Help Proving Intent - Someone Knowingly Spreading STD’s
Hello,
I am trying to file a report on someone who is knowingly spreading lifelong STD’s. However, I need to have proof that they’re knowingly doing it. IE, a text message from them admitting to it or something.
Can anyone help me think of ways I can get this information? I would really appreciate it.
