Should I be worried that I now have HSV2.

I had unprotected sex vaginal sex with a girl about a week ago. After about 10 minutes of intercourses transitioned to a condom until I finished. Today she called me and stated that she was notified by her doctor that she has HSV2. Since then I’ve been worried sick . I haven’t noticed any bumps or anything crazy but I’ve been worried sick!! I’ve even noticed that there is a mild tingling sensation in my right leg and sometimes foot. I’m going to see my doctor tomorrow but I am still freaking out that I might have caught HSV2. She is a nice girl and I know she didn’t mean to expose me. She said she wasn’t showing symptoms the night we had sex or leading up to it. Help Please! Very terrified!!!
