This is worrying me.

Hello

This is probably a common question, but I hope to find out the risks.  After a bad relationship several years ago, I haven't had sex with anyone - call it trust issues on my part.  Last night, I paid a prostitute to perform oral sex on me, which she did, and I did not use protection, and ejaculated in her mouth.  It was a horny and stupid moment on my part, and now I am worried.  I did not see any sores on her face or mouth, she said she got tested about every two weeks (don't know it that is true) and she checked my penis first, looking for sores I guess.

I KNOW I am clean, up to this point.  I've read other threads that are similar to this, and I think that transmission by oral as I've described is rare.  Still, I've contacte4d the local STD clinic, and plan on having test done in a couple of weeks.  They said that was the minimum time to get a good "reading" I think.

Thanks in advance for any answers anyone can give me

No problem, I know what you mean, and can tell you weren't trying to be malicious.

If you are a retard when it comes to sex, especially when it gets to that point :) sigh, then we all are. Try not to worry.

So far so good - nothing, no symptoms - other than the stress of worrying.  I did have what felt like symptom of hemorrhoids, but that was after sitting in an uncomfortable chair for a long time.  Those feeling went away after about half an hour.

So, so far, so good.

Yeah, no kidding, Grace!  I know all of that, about condoms, but in the spur of the moment - well, I can turn into a total retard when it comes to sex, when it gets beyond a certain point.  I am hoping for the best and will get tested. I may use this thread to follow up on how my tests and things go.

I totally agree with emma - your risk of contracting something is rather low.  in the future - wear a condom even for oral sex so you have less to worry about if you know you are going to worry :)

Thanks Emma, I am hoping for the best and trying not to worry too much.  I think I will go in for tests, just to make sure.

The risk of acquiring an STD in this situation is low.  HSV-1 is possible, but if she didn't have a visible cold sore, there isn't real reason for concern.  Gonorrhea is also possible, but not probable.  I guess syphilis can be transmitted through oral sex, but the risk is low.  Bottom line - unless you start having symptoms such as discharge, painful urination, etc...I wouldn't worry.  But testing probably isn't a bad idea.
Good luck,
Em
