Tingling in my vagina and in my legs

Possible herpes encounter was on june 1 and then I had a test for herpes 1 and 2 on july 1 and it was negative, the tingling in my vagina and legs started june 27 and that week I saw something that might have been a sore but looked exactly like pimples I get all the time on my vagina. I also had some type of pimple on my arm that I showed my doctor and she didn't believe it was herpes. However a week later the week of july 8 I had bad chills and night sweats and felt tired, I went to the emergency room and told the doctor how I believed I had herpes and he prescribed me valtrex, I took it that night and I felt better a couple hours later. After 5 days of taking valtrex is when I got the call that my herpes tests was negative but I believe that the test was too early. My OB looked at me and said the tingling was probably caused by irritation and maybe a yeast infection because my vagina looked red and had a lot of discharge. What could cause the tingling? and if I don't hchave herpes why would valtrex relieve my flu like symptoms? I have been tested for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea and I think trichomoniasis and i am negative

Does not sound like hsv. Your symptoms are not that of a primary outbreak and the time frame is way off as well. The night sweats and possible fever would have come 3-10 days after exposure. Never a month or so later. The lesions or pimples do not sound like hsv lesions either
