Totally confused

Back in December I was tested positive for hsv2 with level of 1.2. Since I've had 2 negative swabs during times I thought were an out break. In April a second blood test came back negative. 2 weeks ago I was treated for yeast and BV infection. So I thought this was the reason for the irritation after all. Now it is starting to become irritated again. I get a crawling/itchy feeling. There were some pink spots and a small paper cut like sore. Could I really have herpes after all?

It would appear your 1.2 was a false positive if since then you have had a negative igg blood test. All symptoms aside I would contact the university of Washington and have them send you a western blot test kit. Have your Dr draw the blood and send it back.
As far as your symptoms go. If the paper cut like sore is still there is would have it looked at and swabbed. The rest can be from a lot of things. Like you said BV and yeast are very common and I am betting that's what is going on and not herpes. Your second test in April confirms this. Hsv2 igg tests are very sensitive and false negatives aren't an issue. False low positives are. I suggested the western blot because it is the best way to sort through false positives.
