Is this Herpes? Am I making myself sick?

Okay, so I had unprotected sex about 51 days ago, I wouldn't call it actual sex (although it is) because he went in once and then we stopped because he didn't have a condom.  This was on the 15th of June
Fast forward to July 20th I gave oral sex to the same guy without a condom.
On the 6th of August I had a pimple like thing on my lip line.  I went to the doctor to figure out what it was and she said most likely the start of a cold sore but was not sure so I took a blood test.  I took the blood test on a friday, so that weekend was the worst weekend of my life thinking that I could have herpes.  I started looking up symptoms, and basically thought I was itchy, couldn't sleep. (no sores) besides pimple on lip.  The test results cama back negative for HSV 1 and 2.

It stayed red and pimple looking for 7 days and then i got so annoyed I popped it.  A seed came out along with pus, it felt much better. It stayed a little red for 2 more days so i tried squeezing it again (stupid) and blood came out with a little clear liquid.  It scabbed for 4 days and left a little white scar. The scab was like a normal scab, not yellow or crusty.  the bump was not big at all.

Ever since I went to the doctors I have had the worst anxiety of my entire life.  , I also had mild itching in the vagina, thighs, pretty much everywhere.  Its making me crazy. No bumps on vagina.  I also came down with a cold after the pimple went away, with a sore throat, sneezing, post nasal drip.

Also, I had a small bubble under my tongue near the tip, another reason I first went to the doctor on the 9th.  I had this for about a month and a half.  the start of summer stated in beginning of June.  I went to an ENT and she removed it, but it came back within 5 days.  She thought it was HPV because I had put ointment on it to look more white but it now looks more like a Mucocele because of the re-occurrence and bubble feature.

Help...

Thank you

Your 2.93 is on which, HSV 1 or HSV 2?  If you were at our clinic with that score, we would confirm with another test.  All positives between 1.1 and 3.5 get confirmed by western blot.

If you gave him oral sex, then your mouth could be at risk.
You could receive a false negative at 9 weeks, yes.  You may wish to retest at 16 weeks past exposure.  Another option would be to have your partner tested to see what he might have.

I did give him oral once a month after the first occurrence

I was told that I could receive a false negative after only 9 weeks?

I think your risk for acquiring herpes in that situation is incredibly low.  And I also think your oral symptoms do not sound like herpes.  It sounds far more like a pimple to me than a cold sore.  You don't mention if you were the giver of oral sex to this person or not.  But if you were not, then your mouth wasn't exposed anyway.  And you direct contact to get herpes in the mouth (unless you were also kissing him and he had oral herpes).  Also, herpes doesn't last as a lesion for six weeks.  Also, the thing under your tongue does sound classically like a mucoecele.

You might be sort of convincing yourself that you might have herpes?  I don't think you do and I think you should believe your lab work and move on.
