Is this a recurrent outbreak ?

Hello all , had hsv2 genitally for 3 years now , I can usually tell when I'm about to have an outbreak but am very confused this time round.

I have been having tingly sensitive skin in the normal location I get a outbreak , I am on suppressive therapy but as soon as I noticed the sensitive skin I changed from 400mg daily to the 5 day treatment dosage. It is now a week later and still have the sensitive skin , no blisters no scabbing nothing ! Just slightly red skin where I keep touching the area to see if anything has actually come up ! Could this be an outbreak or just irritation ? I had been having a lot of sex prior to the skin tingling / sensitivity starting which was a bit rough at times ?

Any help or info would be great !
