Groin Pain

I’ve bern having groin pain for about 2 weeks mistly on the right side. Bedn yo doctors and they didn’t even do a exam. Didn’t think it was anything. I called them back and I’m going Friday but again they said you really don’t Medco to come in and this is another doctor. I found out aug 20 I have herpes 1 in the gential and I’m going crazy with this. I look at my self because my legs and thighs itch and I feel werid down there all the time. I didn’t even know I had this and I only a blister and thought it was from my hemorrhorid. Can I have this groin pain from it and always feeling funny down there?

It depends on what kind of groin pain you are having. Lots of things cause groin pain. Herpes wouldn't be near the top of the list, though.

Some of the "funny feeling" may be from just knowing you have it, and feeling anxious. Some may be that your nerves are irritated, and it will calm down. You could also have a pinched nerve, issues with your sciatic nerve, an anal fissure or any number of things (these have nothing to do with herpes).

What you need, as you know, is an exam. Be sure to describe your groin pain in detail, and let them know that your thighs and legs itch.

Good luck!
