Very Scared

I stupidly went to a massage parlour and had protected oral and literally a minute of protected sex. I felt really uncomfotable as I went with friends and felt compelled. Two days later I felt an irritation under both legs. Inner groin skin fold. I then got a couple a pimples in the same area. Probably from self inspection. 21 days later I have a redness on my scrotem and irriation (like a burn redness) on the buttocks region.could this be herpes. I have been sweating alot down there so I put on alot of johnsons baby powder. Maybe that aggrivated it. I also run alot and have lost alot of weight over stress. Unsure if loss of weight caused chafing. What are my chances of contracting herpes. Does it sound like herpes. The uncomfotableness is mostly inner theigh but the redness on scrotem has freaked me out. I am in a reationship and have unprotected sex. Should I wear a condom now? If herpes could I also got HIV. Very scared.

might want to change your gender to male so you don't confuse folks.

this was protected sex. the odds of contracting a std from it are really low.  This sounds more like a fungal infection than a std. follow up on it with your provider for better answers.

I have no sores but I heard that herpes on the scrotem can seem like a burn. It's red no blisters and the redness is about 3 inches around. Maybe irritation. Sound like herpes. Do need a comprehensive STD/HIV test. My last one was 1 year ago but I have been in a completely mono relationship aside from my infedility.
