What are the symptoms of HSV2 Oral ???

I wanted to know from people here What are the symptoms of HSV2 Oral some say they have HSV2 on their mouth ..Does it look different from the regular HSV1 oral blisters ..Reason is for last 14 months i had been suffering with various different symptoms from red rashes on my glans penis to sore throat and pink eye with white discharge and pain in groin area sometimes pain in my armpits and pain in lower back and itching and burning sensation on my inner thighs and sometimes even pins pain in my palms ..But so far i had done 3 blood test for HSV two Elisa IGG and IGM both resulted negative after a gap of 6 months from exposure and one blood test of western blot methodolgy of IGM and IGG which also turned out negative after 14 months after exposure ..But off late i am feeling burning sensation on my upper lips in the corners and i see a very minute white dot on my lip it doesn't grow or has any pain or itching but it does feel awkward when i run my lips over it i can feel it ..twice i tried to bite it remove it through rubbing it and it had gone but these come back again exactly in the same place after a week ..Now i also have a small boil type at the bottom of my nose tip just above the lips ...I so far had zero blisters on my glans penis which had the typical herpes blisters with fluid ..But i had plenty of red rashes which come and go with pain ..

I am so worried because my nephew and niece keep playing in my mobile phone and they always sit next to me when having dinner some times they even take my spoon to taste food ..i am getting freaked out whether i am having asymptomatic HSV2 or HSV1 which is not giving me typical blisters neither its showing on my blood test results so far ..

Can someone here help me with what might be causing my negative blood test ???

i had a venereal wart on my glans penis which got removed my RF and these red rashes and urethritis started after the wart had appeared or is it HPV which is giving me all these issues ???

Oral hsv2 isn't common and has few if any reoccurring outbreaks. The lesions would look the same.
You won't pass hsv to your family from drinks or utensils..etc

the problem is i don t have a typical blister type on my lips i just have a small  dot which is white and it is little elevated only feel it when i run my lips over it and i had gone couple of times when i rubbed it with fingers and came back in same spot after a week it does not pain neither itch but some times when i take spicy food it does create burning sensation and some times i rarely feel pins pain on the lips ....i am so confused first the doctors and the test have not given me clear diagnose that i have HSV and second all these different symptoms are making me go crazy ..I just don t want to spoil the future of two little souls just because of my stupidity so just want to be sure ....
Doesn't sound like hsv at all. Go get it looked at by a dermatologist.
