What is it

I got a negative swab last year and a few days later i got blood work done which came back negative for hsv2 but postive for hsv1. I have gotten oral cold sores before. But yesterday before I went to bed I did my daily self check and saw a little red spot is what id call it but its still there today I can't really tell if its a sore it does not hurt or itch. Im just concerned.

If it doesn't progress into a fluid filled bilster in a day or so then I wouldn't worry.
