What is wrong with me! My mind convinced herpes!(I'm a male)
Ok, so I have posted before and despite reassuring words that it is likely not herpes my stress continues.
I have been reading medical websites that say it is very possible I have herpes and that often primary breakouts don't have sores etc.
It first started about April 24 a day after receiving and giving oral and a brief genital to genital contact. I had an infection in the wisdom tooth area. It went away in a few days of antibiotics and then on may 14 I got two canker sores. A week later I got two more. And again a week later 2 more than that all in different area of my oral cavity. Tongue cheek and bottom lip nearly at mouth opening.
It was about June 9 that I developed a strong burning stinging pain directly at the tip of my urethra and it was constant for 12 whole day. During that time I urinated frequently and even later had difficulty urinating. The only time I felt better was when I actually pissed. I also have felt an unusual genital odor is present. At the time I went to the hospital I also had concerns for several bumps along the pelvis and even one at the base of the shaft which the Dr felt was folliculitis possibly and said to not shave so close
However to this day I continue to have itch like sensations. I examine myself closely under flashlight and can't anything definite. Some redness and Fordyce spots? Idk
I've tried to shave carefully and have even avoidef shaving neither of which has proven a relief to the occasional itch and twitch which seems normally at the under base of shaft or pelvis.
Also I have a canker sore again even still... Plus my lips have begun peeling chronically and they feel occasionally irritated at the vermillion border. It has seemed a correlation between being outside and the skin on my lips rubbing off post shower. The only thing that has helped this has been benadryl cream on my lips.

I would like to also add whoever who can respond and advise the physician gave me 800mg acyclovir in the presence of penile pain for hsv possibility. I took 1 a day for the two days prior to the igg testing could this have provided a false negative?
I went to hospital and was given antibiotics for my intense pain on the urethra tip. I tested negative for blood and bacteria in urine and I have never had any discharge and I have tried to milk my dick upon waking and diff times of the day .. Doctors have dismissed herpes twice already upon visually looking. I then saw a physician who also did not feel herpes and did an igg test at 7 weeks. The results were negative for 1 and 2. After that I went to a dermatologist for my lips and upon looking suggested my lips had sun damage however I always wear a hat and am rarely in the sun so I find that terribly unlikely. I do not have insurance but wish I could continue to pursue the answers. I'm at 4 months and 1 weekpast exposure.
I have tried to give thought into allergies or yeast infection. I took a course of antibiotics for my wisdom tooth.. I consume a higher sugar diet and a month later I have generated lip issues and genital symptoms. But it seems like I'm being super hopeful and dentist dismissed candida
