What the hell do i have?? Please help me identify this STD

Hello, so around late july, i hooked up with this girl, i gave her unprotected oral and then sex with a condom. The next day i noticed a burning sensation on my top lip and then later noticed these bumps forming around my top lip.  They were painful and hurt so i contacted her and she told me that her ex bf had chlamydia and she had had unprotected sex with him. the burning sensation didnt go away for months and even now i occasionally feel it. My problem is that i got tested and i tested positive for chlamydia so i took the antibiotics, and havent had sexual contact of any kind. The bumps never seemed to heal and its been about 5 months now, they dont crust over or anything, i also have a couple on my lip. They havent gone away and like i said i still get the occasional burning sensation and im started to feel the same symptoms on my bottom lip. Apart from that, i have no other symptoms. my question is should i get tested again?
Ive been looking at other possibilities like herpes however after 5 months shouldnt the bumps have healed on their own?
also when i got tested it was around 3 and a half months fter exposure but i tested negative for everything except chlamydia

Herpes would not last for 5 months. I recomend going back to the Dr as the bumps are not herpes or chlamydia.
