Herbes

I am a 40 yr old man that has sex with both men and women. I do enjoy anal sex and enjoy when my partner ejaculates inside of me.  I have kept this secret for many years. I hope I can be open with my question. I have never had a std and had the same male lover for years.  I have orally and anally pleasured him. No rash or bluster’s in or around my anus.
I am now with a women who does have herpes and is on Valtrex. We have been together for about a year now and have sex often- I know- stupid.
My question.
I have this tingle on the tip of my penis with NO rash or bluster’s.  It comes and goes. I have my blood drown today and will find out on Thursday, 8-2-2012 if I have herpes or not. What could this be?

Thanks.....Got tested for herpes and it was negative.  How about the other. Is too much anal/ large toys/ and semen bad for the prostate?
I am here to say that anal orgasms are real and they feel great. Is rubbing the prostate a bad thing?

have you ever been tested to know your own herpes status before this?

why would it be stupid to have sex often with a hsv2+ partner? if she is on daily suppressive therapy and you avoid sex when she has anything going on genitally, you have a 2% risk/year of contracting hsv2 from her. if you only had a 2% risk of losing the power ball this week you'd play right?

just a tingle usually isn't herpes related. you should also get some basic urine testing as well as a manual exam of your prostate when you are seen.
