Worried about herpes

Around 10 days to 2 weeks back I visited a couple of escorts and had protected sex . 2 days after I visited the 2 nd escort I have a feeling of being unwell. I have sores in my mouth headache and strange feeling in my stomach. Also for the last 4 days I have a bump on the shaft below the head of my penis and it has started itching a lot. I suspect it is herpes. Am worried of having caught herpes, what do I do now?

you never ever have to treat herpes if you don't want to.
if you have active symptoms, you should be seen to find out what they are. I certainly wouldn't assume genital herpes - get checked out!
