Help with labs for western blot

I ordered the kit to get a western blot and received it in the mail. I understand you have to see your doctor for them to fill out the form in order to go get the lab work done. I’m concerned because I live in a small town and I know the sample has to be shipped overnight. There is a quest lab where I live. Can anyone share their experience with getting this test done. Such as which lab you used, did the lab overnight it for you, or did they give you the samples to ship yourself? I’m worried the lab will mess up and not do this correctly since this isn’t a common test ordered. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
