Yeast infection or Herpes?

I started out with a burning sensation while I urinated that existed right underneath my penis for about 3 weeks.  I went to the doctor when the burning first started and was prescribed Cipro for yeast infection. After 3 days on Cipro I went to the STD clinic and checked me for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and aids. Which all came back negative. After taken 10 days of Cipro with no results, I went back to the doctor and he called a urologist for advice.  Urologist then prescribed me Rapaflow.  After a week, I started to feel results either from the drug or naturally.
When I got home from the doctor that prescribed me Rapaflow, I noticed pretty good sized blister right underneath the head of my penis on the bottom side.  Out of ignorance, I popped it easing out a clear liquid.  The blister did not turn into an ulcer. Every 3 days I've been getting small blisters that don't turn into ulcers.  Despite maybe my last one.  Its too small to really tell.
At this time I'm thinking that I definably have herpes till another symptoms walks in.  I start itching from all over my growing to my anal canal.  The itching keeps me awake at night. The burning while urinating sensation stopped but still continue to have small blisters.  Is this Balanitis or herpes?

No don't really have a reason to be exposed to any virus.

There's no way to diagnose you on a forum, I'm afraid, and doing so wouldn't be very responsible. The best thing to do is the very next time you have a fresh blister, go and get it swabbed immediately, before 48 hours has passed, or you risk a false negative.

Do you have a reason to think you've been exposed to the virus?
