am i at risk?

Hi,
I recently had contact with a female sex worker (i am male) and was wondering about my risks of stds and whether i should get tested. First i received oral sex with a condom on. Im not worried about this. I then had brief intercourse with her vagina with a condom on. This only lasted a very short period,10-20secs, because i noticed i was soft in the condom ( i was intoxicated) so i pulled out. i then changed to another condom and tried again. Same thing happened again and sex only lasted 10-20secs. To the best of my knowledge the condom did not break. i am confident of that. 7 days after contact i came down with a mild fever and mild flu symptoms. these continued for 4 days. 9 days after contact i came out with a rash. it looked like a heat rash. I am currently on anti-malaria medication called cyclohexene and i think this may have caused the rash. I have been in the sun heaps whilst on holidays and i think this reaction can occur. Do i have anything to worry about? Should i get tested.

this was all protected sex. no reason to get any std testing done.
