I Think I Messed Up???
So I got a Cold Sore not this last Sunday but the Sunday before that. It actually healed quite rapidly, I stopped scabbing around Tuesday and now there's no scab, just a bit of a red spot with no feeling where it was,no open wounds.
The thing is last night I got a bit drunk and ended up hooking up with a person I like and I may have given them oral. What are the chances that I gave them HSV-1? I feel awful and I am very worried! They also went down on me after we made out. What are the chances that I gave myself genital HSV-1 through my saliva on their saliva?

Chances at that late healing stage is about zero. You can be confident you didn't pass it and be certain you did not ping pong it back to yourself.
