can it be HSV2?

Well heres the deal,

Had a sexual encounter with a female, who i found out was very active, (high risk) Condom was used but the box said it didnt protect against stds, i know know for a fact it wasnt lamb skin. anyways about a week after the encounter had burning in the urethra on urination and with no urination, had tests done negative for chylamdia and gonnorhea, took weeks worth of antibiotics no change. these symptoms are daily, ive had no lesions, rashes or blisters in the genital area at all.. its been over a year since the encounter. Ive also get pain in the groin and burning sensations on the thighs and buttocks but i read into this herpes stuff alot on the internet so i dont know if i could be just manifesting those sensations. symptoms with burning in urethra are more noticeable when sitting down for long periods of time, after ejaculation, and after urination. some days i will have urgency. lower back pain is experienced occasionally. one last thing, 5 years prior to the encounter i was treated for symptoms similar to this at the age of 19, doctors said it was inflammation of the prostate (STD tests done then, all negative) I just have one question:

Ive read some of these symptoms are associated with herpes, now  hypothetically if this was herpes, would i be experiencing these symptoms on a daily basis or only during a primary or recurrent outbreak?
thanks in advance!

Thanks for reply, there was one other symptom i left out in my prior post.

I have occasional itching sensation inside of urethra, comes and goes throughout the day with the burning sensation, but daily 24 7  with the other symptoms, also one other question notice bumps that resemble pimples on buttocks and sometimes legs, anything to cause concern?
thanks

no std causes symptoms for a year.

no reason to think this is herpes either.

continue to follow up regularly with your urologist to try to figure out what is going on.
