can someone read this and tell me if it sounds like herpes?

I am not sure where to begin. I am prone to getting uti's- multiple a year. I recently got put on antibiotics for a uti, when I finished I was to start on a daily dose of antibiotics to prevent bacteria from building up. My vagina began drying out, and I had white discharge that seems to cover my entire vulva down to my anus when it dried. It was painful. I've developed small pimple like bumps around my butt, not on my vagina. They look like they had a white head. They seem to take forever to heal and they are scarring. They're not in a cluster, just here and there. I finally panicked because one night I noticed a tiny cut on my vulva- like a papercut.I went to urgent care, the doctor looked and said that neither the tiny bumps or the cut looked like it was herpes. He gave me a 150mg tablet of fluconazole. I am still having symptoms, before I started taking the fluconazole I had some swelling in my vulva, and after I took it the swelling went down, but now I still have the discharge, and a couple more tiny cuts. It doesn't really burn when I pee, its just an uncomfortable feeling because the cuts sting.I started taking bactrim to see if any of this goes away, today is friday and I have a dr appt on monday. I am so scared... is it possible that the urgent care doctor is wrong and I do have herpes?

A lesion culture is done on active symptoms. It's most accurate when done within 48 hours of symptoms starting.

if you really need the peace of mind, cover your bases with a type specific herpes igg blood test in late june or july.

Also last time I had sex was march 14th, and the guy used protection. Should the results be accurate?

Went to the doctor, I've had two doctors now that say it doesn't look like herpes but they did a swab test just in case, I am so nervous...

yeast irritates the skin as well as it can cause it to thin - both can cause cuts in the skin.

let us know how your appointment goes :)

They have not tested me yet, I am going to ask to be tested for a yeast infection tomorrow. I am just so scared because I don't understand why I have these cuts.

did they do proper testing for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally when you were seen?  sounds more like you have a humdinger of a yeast infection going on from the antibiotics than it does herpes going on.

it'll probably take more than just 1 diflucan to take care of this. Give your regular doctor a call on  monday and discuss it further with them.

hun your antibiotics could be very strong causing those little blisters, and the irritation of dead yeast coming out and being in contact with the skin backpain is a sign of menstration coming or even laying wrong. herpes is someting 85% of the population has. some with little to no out breaks and when i say little i mean one dot mistaken for an infected shaving cut like an ingrown hair, on men they get told its a hair folicle. blood test are often wrong because they will say negative when it is something because of the window of time to test being so small and nearly impossible to pin point, the best times to blood test is in pregnancy because of the drastic hormonal shift and when ill, as herpes manifests best in immune systems that are down.

I should mention that I've had constant backpain, this entire issue with everything has lasted about a month so far.
