cold sore

Okay. Yeah its me again. I have hsv 1 genitally. Never had a cold sore and only one outbreak genitally, which was primary outbreak. Three days ago I developed a red pimple on my lip. My lips are dry so I had tingling from an area I pulled skin off of. But now this pimple in the lower lip towards the corner. I am wondering if it could be a cold sore. It's a dark pink color hard to touch and hurts. Been there three days and never blisters still hard and sore. I have tried to see if it would pop but its hard and doesn't have a puss head to it. I am wondering if this could be a cold wore and also I gave my guy a kiss on his cheek not thinking about it and now I am worried that I might have transmitted it if it is in fact a cold sore. It is not leaking any fluid and not even a blister. Please help. Need an opinion. Thanks again for your patience

Good morning I have a question. I had got a gi virus through my work again. Since yesterday I have noticed that I have soreness in the joint on the right leg in the crease of the vaginal area. I do have what feels like sores in the anal region when I clean. I however can't see them I was wondering with being sick with diarrhea and vomiting can the stress cause an outbreak . I have been sick for five days

It is definitely filled with something. But hard not like blister at all. I have thyroid issues as well and acne on my face I believe this is just a pimple in that area..  tried to break it to see fluid but unlike the typical blister it won't break. Thank u

if it's hard, odds are it isn't a cold sore.
