PLEASE HELP...... Possible herpes

I was once diagnosed with clyamdeia and have been very cautious since then so I'm having trouble coming to terms with the fact that I might have herpes. My first symptom was genital itching, I wasn't thinking much of it.... Thought it was gonna be a yeast infection or something of that sort. When I read that one of the symptoms of herpes is itching I became a mess. I'm super stressed and that's all I think about so I don't know if the upset stomach and loss of appetite is because of herpes or my stress. Anyways, before I started researching I noticed a small rash like area outside my vagina, on the top of my leg. I treated it with hydrocortisone 1% cream and it almost fully cleared up, after doing an examination of myself a day ago I realized some small raised bumps inside my vagina, underneath the lips. There whitish colored compared to the skin there that is pink colored.  didn't even notice them until I did a full examination because there is none anywhere visible on my vagina. It was itching so without researching I put the cream on those as well and they are looking much better.... It's almost hard to see them now. None of these bumps are painful too, does this sound like herpes? Could herpes go away with hydrocortisone cream? I read that the cream is really bad for herpes so I'm hoping because these bumps responded well it's not herpes. I'm gonna get checked out by a doctor but in the meantime I just need some feedback. Thank you.

That's what I was thinking, until I started doing research an it says that outbreaks can be mild? Do all blisters have to open to be herpes? How long does it take for a sore to open if these little bumps are sores? The only reason I'm freaking out is because vaginal itching and loss of appetite, my only two symptoms are linked to herpes. Thanks for responding and please get back to me... I'm a nervous wreck right now.

It does not sound like herpes.  You would probably know if you had herpes because they are like open blister.  They are painful. Like a cold sore if you ever had one.
