hello, grace I'm a 23 yr old male...when I was 19 yrs old I had unprotected sexl with my then girl friend
Like a two weeks later I started to have these feelings in my testicles..this was november of 08..then I started to have burning in my penis... so I went and got test for herpes in jan of 09...my test came back negative..1.9 or something cnt remeber the exact number...but before I got my resluts back..I was taking some meds that begin with an a..
The meds didn't wrk for the feelings on the inside...so arond march...I noticed I had a sore...I'm thinking I tested negative so this is not herpes...so I didn't kno wht to do...so the sore healed but it didn't scab over...it just left a spot the my skin turned back to normal..o.k the burning in my penis is everyday...and I feel feelings in my groin..some time my urine is cloudy..like if I urinate in a bottle...sometimes it look like lemonade..then it settle at the bottom and it looks like a cloud...this has been going on since 08...in 2011 I went and got tested again..I had just had a sore that heald..the doc said it looked like a herpes cluster...that heald..o.k so I'm telling him about the burning..and the clouds.and the feeling in my testcles...he said that was nerve damage...how could nerve damage...last for almost five yrs..how could nevr damge stick arond this long...so my resluts for herpes came back 3:68...he gave me valtrex I did not work for the feelings..I always felt that the feelings on the inside was wht was cause of the sores...since I got those feelings first..and those feelingd are everyday...if this was herpes wouldn't have I gotten the sores first...and not this everydayy feeling...he said it was urithistis...but wht is cause of that....grace could you please help me..i ve been going through this since 08 everyday its 12 could you imagine how this feels....

Ohhh o.k I'm just really scared at this point...because I just feel like if I break the pain cycle my symptoms would stop..because people with herpes feel normal..I never do...I feel some type of way all the time....I feel like these feelings is the cause of the sores...not herpes...
There are false positive issues with the tests which is why getting a herpes WB blood test to confirm your status is a good idea.

Sooo..i kno it just doesnt sit rite with me..i just feel like I would of had sores first..and not feelings..why did I test negative then postive..the whole time I had the feelings..i just wonder if the feelings stop..would the sores..i never had one with out the other...i just wonder..like I never just had a sore those came last...i feel like the feeling is the cause...of the sores...wht do u think...no.havent seen urologist
herpes won't cause nerve damage . your symptoms don't sound related to herpes even if you do have herpes.
have you seen an urologist yet?
your hsv2 igg is a low positive and needs confirmed with additional testing. since you haven't had a lesion culture that is positive, a herpes WB blood test is the best test to get next.
