freaking out need help

i gave oral sex about a week ago to a woman. i had a soar throat the next day didnt think much of it. soar throat continued and recently i have 2 small bumps on the roof of my mouth and some bumps on my toungue pretty deep in the throat not visible until u really look not sure if they have always been there. Im freaking out thinking i have oral herpes although i havent had any sores on the outside of my mouth just inside

it's more likely not to be herpes to be honest. it's cold and flu season but follow up on this with your provider for a proper work up.

thanks for the response. but i have not yet, do you think this is herpes, kind of small red bumps almost unnoticeable just two of them. Would these usually appear first on the inside of the mouth or on the outside. The tip of my tongue is what made the contact and there are no bumps there? what is your opinion on this, thanks
