french kissing question

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was with a girl and we got a little intimate and she put her tongue in my ear for like a second, felt a lil saliva in there.. is it possible for her to give me hsv1 in the ear? she also kissed my belly, will I have herpes outbreaks there? I'm a little paranoid so if anybody can give me some information. thanks

Also are you sure you do not already have HSV1 yourself? An absence of cold sores in living memory does not rule out an infection.

No you should not be concerned. But if you are having problems dealing with the unknown that get tested at 8 weeks as an indicator and 3 months for conclusive.

thanks life360, although the belly isn't too far from the pubic bone/pubic area region, should I be concerned, I believe the kisses were not on my pubic area however it might have been close to it. thanks

Hi, what your describing is really not any issue for herpes transmission. If a person is positive for oral hsv1,  the virus is not on the tongue or in the saliva but would most often be shedding on the lips, so your ear is not an issue. Also kissing the belly is not a critical zone for the virus to take hold but the genital area.
