Penile pain... herpes?
So about a month ago I discovered that I had resolve pain on the left side and pain on the tip of my penis. After the change of type of underwear the testicle pain went away but the penile pain is still there and it's going on 5-6 weeks. No lesions on penis could this be herpes?

Hi what do you mean penal pain? Inside the urethra or outside on the shaft skin? If inside and theres no white puss discharge would not be a sign of any std infection and if you had and active herpes sore inside the pain would be unbearable.
