Am i infected

so i was in the shower the other day and looked down to find a small bump in my genital area!  immediatly i had a terrible feeling. i started taking a look and found three others which look the same. they are not on the shaft of my penis...although one is at the base and the other hidden in the hair above my genitals. IM FREAKING OUT!!  my first reaction was to pop it like a pimple. when doing so...it simply popped of in between my nails.  i didnt want to mess with the others becuase truly this was not the result i was looking for!! i expected puss or something like a pimple.  IS THIS HERPES? i have looked for pictures online and mine seem mild compared to the horrible pics i have seen on line  however not to far off from some of the milder ( in my opion) cases.  NO PAIN... NO REDNESS... NO PUSS, NO ITCHING (out of the ordinary occasional scratching that i had since i was a boy)  NO CRUST, NO ANYTHING!!!  im on day three after discovery!!!

i realize a test is best and i'm going to see a doc  but i'm worried!!!  do i have herpes???

these bumps are the size of a pin head and are not clustered together at all!   once again no red...no pain...and no un ordinary itching!!!

i ask you... does herpes always blister and crust???

please help!!!

Its been three weeks since i have has intercourse and these are the first signs

Herpes isn't always painful.

Do you have a reason to suspect you have genital herpes? Have you had a sex partner who is known to have herpes? Have you had oral sex with someone who had a cold sore? Just some generalized freaking out doesn't sound rational, sorry to say. Do you have  a history of OCD? In your case, maybe anxiety is a better bet.

Go to a doctor. I have the same thing you have and my doctor said it's not herpes because herpes is really painful and not pinhead sized..just go get it checked and tested like i did..they gave me antibiotics and a full test for std's
