herpes/epididymitis

Hello there so this past week I was taking a shower noticed a small bump on my lower shaft of the penis and It just looked like an ingrown hair so I pulled the hair  out it reacted like any normal ingrown or pimple white stuff came out on the hair.

A couple days later I had woken up after sex with girlfriend unprotected and I had 3 more bumps pimple like on my shaft again looking like pimples.  so I didnt think anything of it but they werent going away so I went to see a clinic for a STD check they tested mostly for herpes I did a culture I dont know if I have it yet till next week but the doc said it could be a couple things but was leaning towards herpes.  They couldnt do a blood test for it there so I went to plan parenthood where they did a blood test but the doctor there didnt know what it was.

Before my visit to the doctor at plan parenthood my right teste hurt all day and kind of burned on the scrodum sac and it hurts in the right teste and the tube like things called epididymis.  

I would like to know what I have and how to fix it or help on what im going through thank you very much.

Missed that you had a lesion culture done in your first post.  Chalk it up to tiredness.  Call monday and see if it's back yet.

Nothing else you can do at this point but continue to follow up on things.

This could easily be herpes, or folliculitis.  You are just going to have to wait till the results come in.

If it gets worse, then head back to PP and get seen there since your doc is out of town.

and no I did not get any antivirals prescribed to me

I know herpes on the first outbreak everyone has a different reaction and they are less likely to show up clustered.  Which mine are not I had pimple like things you can tell the imune system is trying to fight it due to the swollen glads in the groin and the red areas around the pimple like bumps.

I did do a lesion culture on the first clinic I had seen.  He just couldnt do the blood test there so I went to plan parenthood for that.  So based on my pimple like bumps and painful right teste and swollen glands in the goin you cant give any professional advice on what I may or may not have I have seen two clinics in the past 2 days my next step is a doctor I was on here hoping for some help before I went to one while im waiting.

It's unfortunate that they didn't do a lesion culture on the active lesions from the sounds of it. That would've been far more helpful now than a blood test. Did they prescribe antivirals based on the visual diagnosis of herpes?  Has your partner had a blood test yet? If not she'll need tested too.

At this point there's not much else we can do until you get some test results back.  Be sure to write down their numerical values so you can post them here - ie hsv1 igg 3. 4 and hsv2 igg . 46 or whatever they are.
