herpes or not? freaking out

ok so a few weeks ago i started using this new razor, the schick quatro for women, well soon after that i got a cut that wouldn't go away and then after that i broke out in this pimple like bumps all over, at first i thought they were razor burn cause from the razor so i stopped using it well the bumps are still there and they have become really itchy and annoying. Now i have only been with one guy so i know i didn't get it from him but what i'm thinking is that cut may have gotten infected or irritated during sex and just kinda blew up so to speak, i'm really worried that it may be herpes because its taken so long for it to go away but its not starting to spead up my stomach so a guess i just want to know what you all think about it. Am i just freaking out for nothing or does it seem like herpes and should i go get checked? this probably sounds really dumb but i would like your imput

Actually, the fact that its lingering makes it even less likely to be herpes.

You might have a mild staph infection.  If its concerning you this much, just go to the doc.
