herpes or poison ivy?

In the summer time, about mid- september, i got a rash on my ribs and it was just an ordinary case a some kind of poison oak and something, and it has spread to various parts of my body throughout the months but in small incriments. so about a month and a half ago a red bump appeared right on top of the head of my penis. so i thought it was poison ivy at first because i had it on my thighs and butt as well as a little on my arms and hands.  the bump then started to go away but now i still have some more red bumps that look like poison ivy, about 4, on the head of my penis. they go away but then more pop up in different areas. they dont hurt and there is nothing coming out of them. i am worried. i started to use clobestasol propionate for the poison ivy./rashes on my thighs and it seems to be going away. any help would be sooo appreciated. thanks for taking the time to read this.

Doesn't sound at all like Herpes if that is your concern. I do think you need to see your Doctor as this is an ongoing issue.

and these bumps are not clusters either. they are individual red bumps.
